Our commercial Riesling has always been a good thing; with a trace of residual sweetness that balances out the acid levels of the Riesling variety. A white wine that is full flavoured fresh and crisp and shows lime and citrus fruit aromatics. This wine showcases the varietal characters of the King Valley. John Gehrig’s heritage lends to extensive experience in producing this classic German varietal, with known results.
