Description
One of our small batch wines. The name Henry Road comes from the source of the grapes, from a vineyard located on Henry Road in the Wilyabrup sub region of the Margaret River Wine Region. The grapes are handpicked, whole bunch pressed, then transferred into French oak barrels as cloudy juice for fermentation. The wine remains in barrels in contact with the yeast lees for 10 months.
Straw yellow in colour, with tinges of green. Aromas of white peach, nashi pear, fig and lemon, along with brioche. The palate has a smooth creamy texture, and a lovely balance between the acidity and roasted cashew and stone fruit flavours. Best served lightly chilled!
