Description
Still light and bright in the glass, this Semillon is just beginning its aging journey. The nose displays minerality, white peach, Cointreau, pear, lime, hay and just a hint of aniseed. This bouquet is both complex and light.
The palate holds its fresh acidity and mirrors the suggestion of the nose; certainly one can perceive a whisper of wet stone and white peach with flavours of grapefruit and lemony citrus, and that curious hint of salty liquorice. We are interested to see how it will continue to develop over the coming years.
