Our 2021 Shiraz Cabernet is a bold blend that combines the best of our Estate Grown Hunter Valley Shiraz with a carefully selected parcel of Cabernet Sauvignon from the prestigious South Australian region of Langhorne Creek.
The Cabernet brings notes of cassis, black cherry and spice, which balance beautifully with the bright red berry fruit, black pepper and earthy undertones of our Hunter Shiraz. This wine is rich yet nuanced and the perfect accompaniment to good food and good company.
