Description
Selected vines were relentlessly manicured throughout the growing period. Noticeable blue fruits, redskins, allspice, maraschino cherry and fresh figs are apparent on the nose. Flavours of plum and boysenberry delicately glide through to a length of complexity. Twelve months in aged oak gives a firm, delicate tannin structure. Minimal filtering applied.
