BARREL FERMENTED. On the nose you’ll find tropical fruits, crushed nettles, custard apple and guava that rock the senses. Tastes of persimmon, peach and mango work hand in hand with a rich mouth feel which is followed by a long finish. Not fined, and minimal filtering.
