BARREL FERMENTED. Notes of cinnamon, apple and rock melon with notes of stone fruit. Cool climate in nature delivering preserved lemon, white peach and oolong tea on the palate. The palate will soften in time delivering a beautiful creamy textural feel. Not fined and minimal filtering.
