Rosenvale Vineyards: Vine Vale Sands (1960 OLD VINE plantings) and Rosenzweig (1969 OLD VINE plantings)
Viticulture: Roseback cordon placement with one set of lift wires and a catch wire on top.
Harvest Dates Small Batch Hand pick harvests – 13th, 19th and 23rd March 2021
Vinification: Multiple small batches open top ferments, plunged and pumped over twice daily with
cultured yeasts, open cage bag pressed, 24 months in French Oak (20% new oak)
