Description
The vines produce intense true varietal characters which carry through into this superb wine. Maturation in predominantly lightly toasted tight grain French oak and has produced a full-bodied Shiraz with a great depth of colour and a palate brimming with spicy fruit flavours. The hue is deep dark purple. Powerful aromas of spicy plum preserve with candied floral notes. A bold Shiraz yet complex and soft enough for high end food pairing. Braised beef and roasted beetroot is a winner with this beauty.
