From our newer plantings immediately behind Cellar Door by Pedler Creek comes our White Frontignac (muscat varietal). The sinister grey fungus Botrytis Cinerea can be introduced to extract moisture during later ripening to leave a shrivelled and ugly but flavoursome bunch. This ‘Noble Rot’ makes a wicked sticky! Serve chilled.
