Our 2022 Chardonnay has again been very traditionally made, barrel fermented using natural yeast and minimal intervention, with over 18 months in old and new French Oak, which has rewarded this Chardonnay with delights of a golden hue and aromas of citrus blossoms and toasted almonds. The palate reveals a harmonious blend of crisp green apple, ripe peach, and a subtle hint of vanilla oak. Balanced acidity adds vibrancy, while the lingering finish leaves a satisfying touch of creamy complexity.
Best paired with creamy cheeses, Chicken or fish in creamy or butter-based sauces.
