Just like our ’64 Bedford, Old Beddy Shiraz is robust and built to last. Made with premium Shiraz fruit, aged for 12 months in new and seasoned French oak Barriques.
Shiraz Republic’s wine is driven by a clear philosophy: good wine begins in the vineyard. Low yielding Shiraz vines produce intense, high quality wines from the Cambrian soils of Mt Camel.
Winemaker Spencer Page practises hands-on winemaking and a philosophy of minimal intervention to allow the intense colours and flavours of Shiraz to speak for themselves.
