Durif is an “old school” variety synonymous with north east Victoria, high alcohol reds and vintage port.
Its high colour, ripe berry flavours and great tannins make superb vintage port material.
We use grape neutral spirit to produce to let the grapes hero the favour not traditional brandy spirit
A perfect partner to full flavoured and mature cheeses
