Description
Grapes from the estate vines that are whole bunch pressed. Sweet fruit and sweet spice with a noticeable smokiness on the nose. Strawberries and cranberries, herbaceous and earthy, all the components working as one. Not necessarily a powerful pinot but one with a linger and finesse.
Any red meat dish with mushroom or pepper will excel as a pairing.
