One of our small batch wines modelled on a french, lightly oaked and textured style. The wine is fermented in 2 portions, 30% in French oak barrels and the balance in tank, and remains in contact with the yeast lees for 12 months, producing a textured wine with a creamier mouthfeel.
Pale straw in colour with a fresh green hue. Aromas of white pear, guava, lemongrass and sweet lemon, mixed with subtle nutty, toasted cashew flavours coming from the barrel fermentation and maturation on yeast lees. The palate is smooth and creamy, with lingering flavours of pear and white nectarine
