This Shiraz comes from our exclusive 3-acre vineyard, a tiny plot that is as sparse as it is intense, yielding just one tonne per acre. The limited yield ensures that every grape is a miniature powerhouse of flavour, an essential component in making this wine so memorable. Aged for two years in French hogshead barrels, the wine has had time to develop incredible complexity and subtlety, making it a standout example of Australia’s iconic grape variety.
