Description
The style is a fresh, juicy bright berry fruit flavoured wine with a soft, velvety tannin structure. This wine is a blend of 95% cabernet sauvignon, with 3% shiraz and 2% Malbec.
Deep purple/ruby in colour. Flavours of blueberry, blackcurrant, ripe plums and hints of fragrant mocha and chocolate. The maturation time in older oak barrels for 18 months has given this wine extra complexity and soft velvety tannins, supporting the rich berry, plum and savoury flavours.
