Our Rosé is predominantly made from cabernet sauvignon, with some sauvignon blanc and viognier blended in. The pink coloured juice was fermented in tank, then matured in tank with lightly toasted french oak boards with the yeast lees for 6 months. The style is dry, with a fine acidity level balanced by a soft velvety tannin structure.
Salmon pink in colour. Strawberry, raspberries, cherries, ripe pear and nougat. On the palate, hints of turkish delight, sweet red berries, with a soft velvety texture.
